Leyla joined BCG in 2011, working with state authorities, state-owned and private companies on strategy, transformation, organizational design and program management. She is a core member of the BCG’s public sector and people and organization practice areas.
In BCG Leyla executed projects in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Russia and Ukraine in such areas as labor market development, national economic development and investment attractiveness, urban development, corporate governance and performance management, organizational design at a telecommunication operator, etc.
Before BCG Leyla worked as a Research Fellow at the MIT’s Lean Advancement Initiative, Senior Banker/Head of Office at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Senior Expert at the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
