Fatima Zhakypova

Vice Minister of Education and Science, Republic of Kazakhstan
In 1991 she graduated from the Kazakh State University named after S.M. Kirov, in 2009 Taraz State University named after M.Kh. Dulati. She worked in various positions in the system of Al-Farabi Kazakh State University. In 2001 she was appointed vice-rector of Taraz State University named after M.Kh. Dulati, from 2008 to 2011, worked as a vice-rector of the Zhetysu State University named after I. Zhansugurov. She held the posts of deputy director, director of the department in the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2014 to 2016 she worked as an executive director of the Graduate School of Public Policy at Nazarbayev University. From 2016, she held the position of rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Doctor of Economics, professor.
